Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your right to return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any marks

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

How to return
To start a return, email us at odesathelabel@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 2 working days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you've received something that's faulty or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country on arrival. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
